SOFT CONTENTS
Our soft content solution is the Esporta Wash System. It is the industry's only wet-wash machine designed to recover soft contents from fire and water disasters and is part of DKCs total contents solution. Its patented design features safe hold compartments for holding delicates, leathers and Category 2 & 3 soiled laundry. It can disinfect, deodorize & wash up to 180 lbs of laundry, shoes and other bulky goods that might have survived your fire or water disaster.The patented Esporta wash System eliminates the need for ozone by completely removing the smoke, soot, bacteria, mould and other contaminants by using hydraulic pressure to force these contaminants out of the contents. We are now able to restore over 85% of the soft contents previously deemed unsalvageable and sent to the landfill. Furthermore, if we are unable to restore an item to the owner's satisfaction, there is no charge for cleaning that item! Guaranteed! CONTENTS INVENTORY AND VALUATION
Most of us have large amounts of clothing, furniture, books and collectibles at home, or office technologies, documents, and supplies where we work. Imagine after the trauma of unexpected damage to the building, seeing all these very personal items being removed from your building. Where are they going?, will I get them back?, will they be further damaged or stolen?We understand the extra stress this causes at a time when clients are already on edge and upset. While some of these items will be beyond economic repair many can be cleaned, repaired or restored and returned. We just need to get them out of all the water or smoke or falling debris so that they don't sustain increase damaged.
At the same time we want to track where these items are in our operations building.
You may need access to or retrieve something during the restoration process, or your insurance adjuster may need to look at an item. It's all possible with our Total Contents Solution system.

ACCESS - If there is a chance you need to access possessions once they are locked away, our ACV system locates the item and we can easily access the items and have them available when necessary.
