For example, we use products certified under GS-37. Green Sealª Environmental Standard for. General-Purpose, Bathroom, Glass, and Carpet. Cleaners Used for Industrial and Institutional. Purposes and for our floor care products we use and specify products certified under GS-40 Green Sealª Environmental Standard for Industrial and Institutional Floor-Care Products

QUALITY CONTROL

We ensure positive and consistent results through our quality control system:

First, We create a detailed Work plan for your particular site.

From the Detailed Work Plan,we generate Supervisor Inspection Report forms and Task Checklists which indicate frequency and special instructions for particular tasks.

Our crews use this checklist each time they clean your site or office, to ensure that they are carrying out your cleaning instructions and completing each task.

Our Project Managers and Supervisors use this same work plan information to generate detailed routine schedules and inspection reports.

We provide regular inspections performed by a qualified supervisor. On site training includes setting up detail cleaning routines. In addition product solutions are identified for various surfaces and issues.

Regular meetings are held between our project managers and supervisors and your facilities administrator to keep communication open.

We employ an employee training program that focus on helping our workers to become skilled in several areas of floor care from IICRC carpet and upholstery cleaning and certification to knowledge of proper disinfection of surfaces as well as use of specialty cleaners to meet the tough challenges.
